To Our Valued MN Catholic Credit Union Members:

You are likely receiving many emails and other communications regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus). I

understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak. At

MN Catholic CU, the health, safety and well-being of our members, staff and communities is our top

priority. As we respond to this rapidly-changing event, we have comprehensive plans in place to help

promote everyone¡¯s health and safety as well as providing necessary financial services. I want to assure you

that our teams are deeply committed to being responsive to the needs of all of our Members and Staff.

As the CEO of our credit union, I want you to rest assured that after several years of strong growth and

earnings our credit union is in extremely good financial shape, putting us in a great position to weather this

storm regardless of its duration.

Changes to how products and services are being delivered to protect members and staff:

For the health of our staff and members, our three lobbies will be closed effective 9:00 AM

March 18. They will reopen when the MN Department Health and MN Department of Commerce

deem it safe for us to do so. The Drive-up in our N St Paul location will remain open 9AM-5PM.

Health experts are asking us to minimize in-person contact, so we have taken this action, which is

unprecedented in our history, in an effort to keep our members and staff safe and to continue to

provide the important banking services you rely on.

Access to your cash is available in a variety of ways. Our three locations have surcharge-free

ATMs and all Money Pass ATM Machines are surcharge-free. Again, the Drive-up in N St Paul

remains open weekdays 9AM-5PM. You also can get cash back from your checking account when

using your MCCU debit card during point of sale transactions at any merchant including grocery

stores and pharmacies while checking out. If you still do not have a checking account with us, give

us a call and we will get you set up.

Depositing checks is quick and easy. You can make deposits in our night-drops at all three

locations or any one of the 260 on-premise ATM machines at US Bank locations. If you do not have

a checking account and MCCU debit card, please contact us to get set up. We also have two Mobile

Apps so you can deposit checks, make payments, view transactions, check balances, find an ATM

and more. Get set up now using our quick and easy 2 step process by: 1) downloading the app to

your mobile device and 2) giving us a call to activate your mobile account at 651-484-0265. Visit

Getting a loan. We know how important loans can be, especially in turbulent times. Please call us

or apply online or apply using the mobile app. We have the ability to close loans virtually with

electronic signatures.

Communications. Please forward this email to family members that are also members of MN

Catholic CU in the event they have not provided their email address to us. Also encourage them to

share that email address with us to facilitate more timely communication directly with them.

For those impacted by the pandemic. We are very sympathetic to all of those who may be

affected by this unprecedented event. We understand that the current situation may cause financial

uncertainty and hardships. If you¡¯re affected by COVID-19 and need help with your accounts or
