24 oz. Cream Cheese, softened * 1 oz. Cornstarch. 1 tsp. Salt. 4 oz. Sour Cream. 3 ½ oz. Eggs. Preparation. Blend cream cheese, cornstarch, salt and sour cream until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, blending after each addition. Add savory ingredients as desired. Bake in water bath at 350F. *May use ½ amount of goat’s cheese. Scones # 1.
