(3-4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast. ¼ cup nonfat plain yogurt. ¼ cup plain bread crumbs. 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan Cheese. ½ tablespoon flour. ¼ teaspoon paprika. INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray cooking sheet. Place chicken in yogurt and refrigerate while preparing the rest of the ingredients. ................
