1. Go to the Mary Lyon Website: 2. Scroll down to locate "Important Links"

3. In the Important Links look for "Google @ CPS"

4. A page should open up and this is what you will see:

5. Type the user name and password it is the first part of the cps email DO NOT put in @cps.edu: Username:

Password: 6. You have opened up your CPS email. Your screen will look something like

this (I have added a background to my CPS email). Look for the invitation to join the Google Classroom.

7. Now to find your Google Classroom, we will look for the 9 dot icon (upper right hand corner:

8. Now the it opens up a drop-down box:

9. In the drop-down box you will look for the icon that says "Classroom".

10. Look for your classroom. If you do not see it, check your email for the invitation from your teacher. Once again, I have multiple google classrooms that I have joined, so mine will look different.

11. The first page is the Stream page. This has announcements.

12.Look for the "Classwork" tab:

13. Assignments will be listed

**Side note: If you do not see any classes to join look in your Google email for an invitation from the teacher, or email your teacher and they will give you a class code. Check your email first.
