How to Make It

1 Direct crafters to cover one side of a sentence strip with red craft tape. Then have crafters tape the ends of the strip together (red side facing out) to form a headband.

Have crafters use the template to trace two antennae onto construction paper and cut them

out. Then have crafters trace two of both eye

templates onto construction paper and cut them

out.

Prompt crafters to glue one small eye to each large eye.

Instruct crafters to glue the eyes next to each other in the center of the red side of the

headband.

Direct crafters to tape the antennae to the white side of the headband, behind the eyes.

Once dry, these headbands will transform crafters into very hungry caterpillars!
