We currently register approximately 30,000 optometrists, dispensing opticians, student opticians and optical businesses. Our purpose is to protect the public by promoting high standards of education, conduct and performance amongst opticians.About the roleThe General Optical Council utilises Microsoft Dynamics CRM software to manage operations and store operational data. We are urgently seeking an experienced CRM administrator to support the current software and coordinate future developments of this application.Key accountabilitiesProvide application support for users including systems training, data queries and other administrative tasksData management (including data imports/exports), synchronization and integration with other business applications, systems testing, configuration, troubleshooting and planning enhancements Provide data reporting solutions and recommend ways to improve data quality Capture data in the predefined structures - modify tables, views, charts, dashboards, SSRS reports and forms.Foster new user adoption and current user adoption by monitoring historical activityMaintain control of access rights, security settings, and user privileges. Engage with developers and third party vendors to allow successful implementation of developments and back-end integration Create and update training manuals, policies and procedures, build custom reports, workflows and dashboards as requestedEssential skills/experience/qualificationsMinimum of three years working with CRM implementation specifically MS Dynamics CRM Experience in project managing CRM integration Experience with managing software developersExcellent stakeholder management skillsExcellent business analyst skills Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration skills including views and dashboardsExperience using and supporting Microsoft Dynamics to include: o ? Web Client o ?
