JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: CRM Data Maintenance Administrator
Department: Crew Benefits
Reporting to: Relationships Manager
1.0 Background
This is an administration role within Moore Stephens Crew Benefits which is part of Moore Stephens Isle of Man (MSIOM).
MSCB is dedicated to signposting financial advice, banking and insurance options specifically designed for the unique lifestyle of superyacht crew. It has a staff complement of 5.
MSIOM is a member of Moore Stephens International, a global consulting group consisting of 626 offices in 108 countries.
2.0 Reporting and principal responsibility
Reporting to the Relationships Manager the principal responsibility of the Data Maintenance Administrator is to assist the Crew Benefits team to ensure information is correct on the Client Relationship Management system.
3.0 Salary and working hours
Salary will be commensurate with experience and the hours are part-time, up to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
4.0 Key Tasks
➢ Ensure all data entered on the CRM is correct;
➢ Ensure the data is assigned to the correct owner ;
➢ Monitor Opportunities on CRM for missing information and follow up with owner;
➢ It is a mandatory requirement to operate on a daily basis within the ISO 9001 Quality Management System;
➢ Understand the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and maintain a good working knowledge; and
➢ Have an awareness of how departmental procedures, documents and record keeping have a positive or negative affect on the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
5.0 Key skills
➢ Will have previous working experience with a CRM system, preferably Microsoft XRM
➢ Be able to work accurately with attention to detail;
➢ Have good communication and interpersonal skills;
➢ Excellent organisational skills; and
➢ Be PC literate.
6.0 Personal attributes

➢ The ability to build relationships and be able to communicate at all levels; and
➢ Be a team player, but also be able to work on your own initiative.
