CONFIGURATION TO BE MADE IN DYNACOM

In order to be able to include the approval number of an RPA or DPSP, you must create a custom field in the employee's maintenance. You can refer to the federal government site at any time for any questions regarding this box:

Here are the steps to follow for adding box 50 on the T4s:

1. Go to employee maintenance then click on the "customize" button on the toolbar (the first on the far left).

2. Then click on the "Personalize" icon

3. Then select "Add / Remove" then "Add / Remove a field"

4. Put the dot under "I want to create a custom field"

5. Enter Case 50 in the Description area then click on next, and again on next

6. In this window, click on next, leaving the selection at the first option.

7. Then next again, and click on Finish

8. You will get this message. Click on OK.

9. After closing all screens, go to employee maintenance, and click on the newly created tab

10. Enter the approval number in the place indicated

11. Then, go to T4, and click on the Configure T4 boxes button.

12. Select box 50 and go to check Box 50.
