- Students will follow routine of going to get dressed, pick up pedometer, begin instant activity, stretching, and class activity daily.

I am looking forward to a successful year with each student. It is my expectation that your child, while in the gym, will dress out each day and participate 100% during each class activity and that during the health class portion they will come prepared to class with the proper materials and assignments completed. Their reward will not only be an “A” for the class but your child will be more knowledgeable and a better physically fit individual. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to see me individually or email me.
