MediaNet Solutions, Inc. has an opening for a full-time entry-level User Support representative (Phoenix, Arizona Office)

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience providing support in the computer arena and/or 1 year using the e-IEP PRO solution in an academic setting. Ideal candidate will desire to learn new technologies and skills and desire to advance into increasing level of responsibilities. A valid drivers license and personal transportation are a must.

MediaNet Solutions, Inc. is a dynamic small business that is the leading provider of web-based special education management solutions within Arizona to K-12 schools and districts. Over 85 districts within Arizona currently utilize the company's e-IEP PRO system.

The e-IEP PRO is a web-based special education management solution written in .ASP and .NET that runs on Microsoft IIS servers with MS-SQL 2005 database backend.

**EXAMPLES OF DUTIES** ? Provides e-mail, phone-based, and on-site technical support services to e-IEP PRO software users. ? Maintains and logs all user support activities in an incident tracking system. ? Completes basic data management and system support tasks as needed by customers and/or directed by

management. ? Provides technical training and post implementation support to software end users. ? Tests and verifies new software systems prior to training and use by end users. ? Tests and verifies software system fixes. ? Interfaces with other company groups in solving user related issues an/or concerns. ? Maintains technical support documentation such as FAQs, Users Guides, and user training materials. ? Assists in data management needs and resolving data issues of software systems.

Skills / Requirements **QUALIFICATIONS** ? Requires good verbal and written skills, attention to detail and the ability to prepare readable written

reports. ? Basic systems knowledge to include servers, networks, Internet browsers and PC/MAC Operating systems. ? Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within clients' fields. ? Must be able to handle multiple assignments/deadlines with a high degree of flexibility and to balance

conflicting priorities. ? Must be able to interact effectively and professionally with outside vendors and all levels of staff and be able

to function effectively as a member of a team. ? Must be able to work nights/week-ends as required. ? Requires high degree of customer-service orientation. ? Must be able to communicate technical information in simple language.

**EDUCATION** ? Requires a bachelor's degree in a related or equivalent area. ? Certificate or formal training in a related field or equivalent experience. ? Requires comprehensive knowledge of one or more operating systems and environments including Windows.

**EXPERIENCE** ? 1+ years experience in PC based applications. ? 1+ years experience in direct using the e-IEP PRO solution.

Important Notes ? Must be able to travel out-of-state up to 10% or 2 days per month. ? Must be able to travel within the state of Arizona as needed. ? Transportation and a valid driver's license is a must. ? Overtime may be required.

JOB STATUS Full Time

PAY RATE $30,000 to $40,000/year

PAY COMMENTS Health Insurance, Profit Sharing, 401K, Sick and Annual Leave.
