Town of EustisSelectmen’s Meeting October 6th, 2020Present: Steve St Jean, Jeff Lecander, Amanda Brochu Attending: Neil Iverson, Sue Fotter, Tina and Jim ODonnell, Kirk Williams, Andy Brann, Mallory and Ryan Cowper, Carol Sherrier Steve motioned to accept the minutes from the September 22nd, 2020. Motion was seconded by Jeff, motioned passed with all three in favor.Neil Iverson on behalf of the Lion’s Club presented an idea for an outside free food pantry to be placed at a central location outside of the Town of Eustis Library for people to donate and take food as needed. Steve motioned to allow this to be placed on town property, motion was seconded by Amanda, motion was passed with all three in favor. Steve explained that he was contacted by Beverly Knapp with the Franklin Somerset Federal Credit Union in regards to the credit union potentially looking to a different alternative to the building they are currently in. Steve stated he would prefer them to stay where they are, but if a different alternative is required to ensure they stay locally- The Board would offer the Water Department rental house or the back building of the Town Office.Contract for Lemont Plowing to plow the Town Roads was signed by the three present Selectmen. With no further business, Steve motioned for the meeting to be adjourned. Motion was seconded by Jeff and passed with all in favor. Meeting adjourned at approximately 6:30pm. ................
