MPS ? My Behavior Referrals: To generate a report of submitted referrals a staff member must log into a computer and Infinite Campus using their personal login information. (Username/password) The report will only display the referrals submitted by that staff member, pertinent information about their referrals, and the resolutions applied by administration for that specific calendar. Administration will see all referrals written by school staff in that school calendar.

1. To access the report MPS-My Behavior Referrals, login into Infinite Campus. Then go to the Application Switcher and select Campus Tools.

2. In Campus Tools, under the Index menu open the Behavior tab. a. Open Reports found below Behavior Referral. b. Under Reports select the report: i. MPS-My Behavior Referrals

3. The report MPS-My Behavior Referrals will open. a. If the current calendar is not displayed, select the school calendar from the drop down menu next to Select Calendar. b. In the Select Resolution Name drop down menu, the default is Select All which will show all Behavior Referrals written by that teacher and resolutions assigned by administration to the referrals submitted. By deselecting Select All, one resolution type can be isolated so it is the only resolution that is seen in the report. For referrals with no assigned resolution, choose "blank". c. To view the report, select View Report to generate the report for the Behavior Referral that was created by the teacher that is logged into the computer and logged into Infinite Campus.

4. If you want to sort the MPS-My Behavior Referrals report by any category, then select the drop down menu Sort By and select the desired category and select View Report.

5. To save or print a copy of the report MPS-My Behavior Referrals, select either: a. Save icon

b. Print Icon
