Vocabulary practice NEF - Linguistic Atelier

The vocabulary presented below appeared in New English File Upper-intermediate, Unit 2a. I propose further vocabulary practice according to the procedure:

• print and cut the table – you will need one set per pair of students,

• ask the students to match the words with their definitions,

• check answers with the whole group,

• ask each student to draw one or two words and make sentences with them; the sentences are later presented to the whole group,

• you may prepare one copy of the table below for each student to give them after the exercise – they will have the answers and a list of words to learn.
