• Select “New” under “File” menu to start a new presentation:

• Double click on “Blank Presentation” to start working on your presentation:

• Double click on the picture frame to add a picture or clip art:

• To add Notes, select “Notes Pages” under “View” menu:

• To print 6-slide-per-page handouts or slides-with-notes, select the appropriate choice under “File > Print”:

• PowerPoint, like all other presentation programs, is a very complicated software that lets advanced users do innumerable types of operations on their presentations. It is impossible to cover all that can be done by using this software within the scope of an introductory session.
