Once installed, any authorized user can use Outlook to create, read and respond to secure messages. Users can access all existing Outlook features and corporate global policies. There is no need to navigate to a separate browser for sending or receiving.

The Secure Mail Outlook Toolbar conforms to the way users work within their existing email programs. It seamlessly integrates with Exchange (on-premises or hosted), Microsoft Office365? and GmailTM. It also works with external or guest users' individual personal email accounts such as Yahoo Mail? or anywhere else users' might access their Outlook email. This allows users to create, read and respond to secure messages and file attachments? with all the familiarity and features that come with using Outlook.

The tight Secure Mail Outlook integration is highlighted by the patented Delivery Slip. The Delivery Slip tracks information regarding actions recipients took on your secure messages, including which recipient:

? Retrieved the secure message (if the recipient has set their preferences not to automatically retrieve Secure Mail messages)

? Read the secure message

? Replied to the secure message, and when

? Forwarded the secure message, when and to whom

? Printed the secure message though the Secure Webmail portal

? Deleted the secure message though the Secure Webmail portal

There are no cumbersome `keys' to exchange and manage for both sender and recipients, allowing the organization to exchange confidential information with all stakeholders such as staff, clients and partners, in a complete secure closed-loop environment that is fully auditable.
