Client Services Executive- Marketing Services

 

Informa is currently looking for a Client Services Executive to join the Professional Services team within IBI’s Marketing Services division. The role of the Client Services Executive will be to provide account support that will transform relationships with clients from being a vendor to a partner. Key areas of responsibility will include overall management and running of online product demonstrations with our clients. You will also ensure that the client renewal calendar is adhered to for the relevant verticals, facilitate meetings between R&A, Sales, relevant stakeholders and end users appropriately and help from R&A where appropriate, develop a basic understanding of the clients’ analysis requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity to employ your strong account support and customer services experience in a B2B environment where you can gain a breadth of experiences and develop your skills within a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Set up training for clients on Informa and its service offerings

• Coordinate, assist and facilitate BU interaction with existing clients

• Providing an effective link between analysis and sales through advising BU directors as to client needs

• Effectively communicate and promote new reports, analysis and consultancy offerings to existing clients – by calling those customers informing them of the service and increasing the number of users of the service through controlled networking

• Field and respond to client service calls

The successful applicant will possess:

 

• Some account support experience in a B2B environment is highly beneficial

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• European Languages are highly beneficial but not essential

• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook type packages

• Familiar with CRM packages and clear understanding of the importance of CRM upkeep

• Well organised individual with excellent telephone manner

• Team player, good under pressure

• Problem solving, positive attitude and a service oriented mentality

• Self-motivated, with proven ability to work efficiently and independently
