Online Donation Window: Monday, April 15 to Tuesday, April 30, 2019 via the InTouch portal. Donations made after this date must be made to the ASB window the week of April 29 to May 1, 2019.

In preparation for the 2019 Curtis Junior High Walk-a-Thon, families may make an ONLINE DONATION during the online donation window, which opens Monday, April 15 and closes Tuesday, April 30.

To make an ONLINE DONATION, please visit the Curtis Junior High website at . Once there, select "Students Fines and Fees" located beneath the announcements menu. There, use the same username and password as you use for Skyward Family Access. Once logged in:

1. Select "Items at Student's School." 2. Select Categories "Select Here to Purchase CJH Items." 3. Select Categories "CJH Walk/Run (Walk-a-Thon)." 4. Select your student's fourth period teacher. 5. Make a donation (minimum of $20).

Please return this signed Participant Information Form to the Student Accounts Window by WEDNESDAY, May 1 by 2:10 PM.
