Key Responsibilities

? Manages the shipping and receiving functionalities of the warehouse, picking, packing, storing etc.

? Ensures materials are received and distributed in a timely manner ? Manages the loading, logistics, and safety operations duties and tasks ? Maintain 30,60, 90 counts to provide to inventory Manager ? Modifies, designs, and maintains quality metrics and key performance indicators. ? Build relationship with 3rd party carries - owns the order escalation tracking process ? Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure material handling

equipment is running smoothly, when needed leverage outside service providers to complete maintenance and repairs ? Maintain all forklifts and training up to date. Keep detailed documents on service of forklifts along with safety training ? Partner with Retail/Inventory team to ensure and forecast asset availability ? Manage all inventory processes ? Develop and implement damage/return reconciliation process

? Works with product development team to help develop and validate new design concepts ? Works with graphic production team on identifying ways to improve graphic production and

quality for rental packages ? Manage and develop processes to set-up, test fit graphics, dismantle and capture photos prior

to packing ? Serve as a leader to set, communicate, prioritize, and process printing jobs ? Partner with the CPO and VP of High Impact Services & Continuous Improvement to drive

operational excellence, continuous improvement throughout the process ? Collaborate and communicate with internal team Members to make sure all jobs meet our

customer's expectations ? Partner with Chief Production Officer to troubleshoot any issues, concerns, or problems

throughout warehouse facility ? Clearly understand and develop a way to measure labor needs ? Recruit, hire and train new team members as needed ? Maximize the potential of team members through clear roles, expectations, accountability,

training, coaching, and communication ? Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and

applicable laws.
