|organizations and academic institutions) requiring ground passes for admission to the United Nations premises are advised to go through the Visitors |
|Entrance, at 46th Street and 1st Avenue, where they will find a team of staff members from the Division for Social Policy and Development (DSPD) |
|available to assist them with the registration process. Registration will tentatively take place beginning on Friday, 15 May from 10a.m. to 3:45pm. It |
|will continue on Saturday 16 May, from 12:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. On Monday 18 it will take place from 8:30a.m. to 3:45p.m. From Tuesday 19 and for the |
|duration of the Forum, registration may be conducted from 9:00a.m. to 3:45p.m.every day. Depending on the pace of registration, the Registration Desk |
|may close from 12:30p.m. to 2:00p.m. for lunch-break. Participants attending only side-events should register earlier in the morning before the holding |
|of those events. Under no circumstances will registration be conducted solely for side-events held from 1:15p.m. to 2:45p.m. |
