Read an article from the New York Times Science Section and write a brief essay. Read the articles “Birth of an Era” and “The future of the transistor” for in-class discussion during Monday and Wednesday classes. Note: Monday Sept. 9 we are meeting at 8:30 AM. On Wednesday Prof. Menoni will be present through Skype. Class will be held at regular time. ................
