Terms and Conditions

This prize draw (the "Competition") shall be organised by the LLHM LIMITED registered in England company number 10584979, a subsidiary company of Tommy's, a registered charity in England (1060508) and Scotland (SCO39280). Tommy's is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England company number 3266897. The registered office of LLHM Limited and Tommy's is: Nicholas House, 3 Laurence Pountney Hill, London, EC4R 0BB.

Your qualification as a winner is identified by the "Golden Ticket" inserted in your I-tab in the Medal you were awarded by a Race official on completion of the Race. The Race officials had no prior knowledge of which medals contained the 10 exclusive Golden Tickets and you have been chosen entirely at random. By entering the Competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Conditions").

1. Golden Ticket Prize: The Golden Ticket qualifies you for one prize (which will be specified on the Golden Ticket) from the selection of prizes kindly donated by various third parties. This prize cannot be sold or exchanged for a cash sum. The prizes are :

2. How to claim your prize: please contact Danielle Morgan, Event Manager at London Landmarks Half Marathon on support@llhm.co.uk or 020 7398 3422 to confirm you are a recipient of a Golden Ticket. You will be asked to send the Golden Ticket iTab, by recorded post, to LLHM Ltd, Nicholas House, 3 Laurence Pountney Hill, London EC4R 0BB.

3. Conditions for entry.

a) You must be registered for the 2018 London Landmarks Half Marathon ("Race").

b) You must have completed the 2018 London Landmarks Half Marathon as confirmed in the official chip-timed results and be in possession of a Race medal.4. Entry Cost: There is no entry cost for this Competition.

5. Entry Date: The competition opens on Race Day, 25th March 2018, and the LLHM team must receive your Golden Ticket by 9th April 2018 in order to allocate your prize.

6. Notification of the prize and receipt of the prize: The winners will receive details of how to redeem their prize by buy May 25th 2018. Tommy's reserves the right to change this due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have given Tommy's the correct contact details to be able to contact you should you win a prize.

7. Post-event publicity: As a Golden Ticket winner, Tommy's may request that you complete some publicity on receipt of your prize. Should you wish not to participate, please inform Danielle Morgan when claiming your prize.

8. Alternative winner: Should you choose not to claim your Golden Ticket Prize by 9th April 2018 you will irrevocably forfeit the Golden Ticket Prize and Tommy's will select an alternative winner entirely at random from those participants who also completed the Race. This winner will be notified by email.

9. No liability: Tommy's will hold no responsibility or liability for any conditions imposed by the third parties supplying the Golden Ticket prizes. Tommy's will hold no responsibility or liability should the prize winner not be able to use their prize for reasons beyond Tommy's control, for example not being able to make a specific event date. Once the winner accepts the Golden Ticket prize, Tommy's will have no further legal obligations and Tommy's excludes all liability in respect of your use of the Golden Ticket Prize to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Void entries: Tommy's reserves the right to withhold or void any entry or prize where the entrant breaches (or Tommy's reasonably suspects that the relevant entrant has breached or will breach) these Conditions.

11. Tommy's reserves the right to amend the Competition or these Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. The up-to-date wording of these Terms will be available for the whole duration of the Competition at

12. Jurisdiction: The Competition, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
