The Role:

We are a luxury rug company looking for a proactive, personable, highly motivated and organized sales associate. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, responsible and detail-oriented self-starter with a strong passion for continuous learning and professional development, as this position allows one on one personal interaction.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities:

Provide timely creation and distribution of marketing and sales reports as requested.

?

Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, keeping track of all deliverables and deadlines to

ensure all client expectations are met, including daily communication and follow-up across various accounts

?

Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast paced office with a high level of attention to

detail and organization

?

With oversight advise clients on product attributes and qualities.

?

Take calls, messages and meetings from and with Clients when Managers are not available.

?

Attend sales and product meeting as directed by your manager.

?

Monitor the sales order and fabrication processes for Managers.

?

Alert Managers as to order-fulfilment issues that arise on occasion and receive direction on how to address

said issues.

?

Assist Manager throughout the full sales cycle as directed by the Manager.

?

Participate in all company sponsored training and as directed by your Manager.

Qualifications:

?

Entry Level - Will train the right candidate

?

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

?

Possess good organizational skills

?

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

?

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

?

Must be professional and have good job stability
